How is the PostgreSQL CLUSTER different from the clustered index in SQL Server?

Many posts, such as https://stackoverflow.com/a/1682916/ ... , claim that PostgreSQL does not have a concept of a clustered index. However, the PostgreSQL documentation contains something similar. Some claim it looks like a clustered index in SQL Server.

Do you know what exactly is the difference between these two, if any?

A structured table with a clustered index or index is a data structure in which all table data is organized in index order, usually by organizing the table in a B-tree structure.
