Create programmatically modify a WooCommerce product with new attribute values

I created a variable product (the "parent" product) in WooCommerce 3+. From the WordPress plugin, I would like to programmatically create product variants ("child product") with new attribute values.

Variation attributes are already set in WooCommerce.
Thus, each time one variant is created, new attribute values must be created programmatically and set in the parent Variable product.

How can this be done? Is it possible?

Update: I wrote more lines of code at will, and tried many things to solve this using woocommerce objects, and added the missing term data, termmeta, term-to-post relationships, to the database using the WordPress database. object - but nothing was enough to make it work. And I couldn’t pinpoint where I was wrong - that’s why I couldn’t provide a narrower problem - things that the stack thread is more for.

because the taxonomy has already been changed, and this causes a problem with updating the meta post after changing the values of this update and without automatically choosing to edit the administrator’s product change, after these changes work fine!
