Create a programmatically variable product and two new attributes in WooCommerce

I would like to programmatically create a variable product (the "parent" product) with two new variante attributes - all from the WordPress plugin (so there is no HTTP request to the API).

These two variante attributes must also be created on the fly.

How can this be done?

(with WooCommerce 3 version)

Update: I wrote more lines of code for this that I wanted, and tried a lot of things to solve this using wooCommerce objects, and added the missing term data, termmeta, link from term to post, to the database using the WordPress database . an object - but nothing is enough to make it work. And I couldn’t pinpoint where I was wrong - that’s why I couldn’t provide a narrower problem - things that the stack thread is more for.
