MongoDB Compass boots forever

Question

My MongoDB Compass does not start. It worked an hour ago, but now it shows this screen forever.

I tried to reboot. And even uninstalling and reinstalling Compass. But every time I run it, it just shows the loading screen and never starts. If I go to "Connect"> "Connect to ...", it just opens another window that does the same.

Version 1.10.9

Windows 10 x64

How can I get this program to start correctly? What should I research to try to figure this out?

I have the same problem o Ubuntu 19.04 (Kubuntu). I tried many versions:

• 1.19 beta

• 1.19 Beta Community

• 1.18

• 1.18 Community

• 1.15

No one has worked so far. It’s always the same thing, the Compass opens, but it gets stuck on the loading screen. I found a way to use Roboto 3T to connect to Mongo Atlas, but still I'm looking forward to running Compass.

I was able to unexpectedly solve this problem by restarting the computer. I was on Ubuntu 18.04, Compass v1.x (around this year).

I understand that this is a poster on Windows, but it was the first hit on Google.
