How can you test a web application in a Windows 10 touchscreen environment? (browserstack and sauselabs do not work)

I am trying to test a website using Windows 10 touch screen gestures. Actually, we don’t have a Windows 10 touch screen device, but www.browserstack.com and www.saucelabs.com/ do not have this option.

What is the right way to test through a Windows 10 touchscreen if you don't buy a Windows 10 touchscreen device?
