I am trying to install the SQL Server 2017 Developer Edition with the installation of "Basic", but the error message below is:

Cannot install SQL Server (setup.exe).

I already tried several times to run the installer, but each time I got the same error screen. I also tried to run the installer with administrator rights, but no luck.
