Android O: disable heads-up

Question

My application can play audio. When the user clicks on the audio title, a notification appears using the play / pause / rewind buttons in the notification drawer.

I noticed that in Android O (8) this notification appears with a heads-up effect. I do not need heads-up notification, I just need a silent general notice. How to turn off the heads-up effect?
