Xcode 9.1 - Location Simulation Missing

Question

I just updated my Xcode to 9.1 today, and, surprisingly, I cannot find “Allow location modeling” in the setup of the scheme, see the screenshot below:

Does anyone have one problem? And any suggestion that I can fix this?

Recently, Apple is getting worse and worse.

I just tried restarting Xcode and starting / stopping the application several times, then a checkbox appeared. In any case, I also released a radar for Apple.
