How to create mp3 from text using Google TTS?

How to create mp3 from any text using Google TTS?

1) I'm trying to find the google.translate API, but found only "audio to text", except for "text to audio"!

2) I'm trying to find SpeechSynthesis to convert to mp3, but again I can’t find anything!

3) I only find the site "beta.soundoftext.com", they generate an mp3 file without an API.

So can someone help me please. I am looking for any ways to convert text to SPEECH for my website (dedicated server). Thank!
