How to use winhttp api with "transfer-encoding: chunked"

I am trying to send some data to a web service that requires the heading "Transfer-Encoding: chunked". It works fine with a regular POST request. But as soon as I add a title, I always get:

Content cannot be delivered due to the following condition: Invalid request received from client

I had to copy it from different files, so I hope that I have all the important definitions of variables. Now I use it only synchronously, since it was easier for me to debug it.
