Problem using MFMessageComposeViewController on iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 plus iOS11 launch

Question

iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 plus use of iOS 11 cannot open MFMessageComposeViewController from an iOS application. Sometimes they open a black screen.

Does anyone else encounter this issue on an iPhone 8 running iOS 11 and find a solution? Please help.

I only manage to reproduce this problem on iPhone 8 with iOS 11.

try setting MFMessageComposeViewController.subject with a non-zero value.
