UPDATE
He also stopped working without livereload- so now that was no reason livereload- but I still need help with this problem
After the update iOS 11(I think this is the reason for this, because everything was fine before that), I can not use livereload. If I try to use cookies, it hangs on the splash screen - when the loading wheel rotates. Here is some information about my ionic environment:
