Manufacturer Kafka TimeoutException: 1 record (s) expires

Question

I use Kafka with Spring-boot:

Kafka Producer Class :

Say I sent 10 times 1000 posts per topic my-test-topic.

8 out of 10 times I successfully receive all messages from my consumer, but sometimes I get this below error :
