Configuring IAM Roles for Firebase Access

I have a Firebase account associated with a Google Cloud account. I want to add a Firebase employee, but not let them have access to our entire GCP account.

There is no role or ability to create a custom role to provide access to Firebase. Is there a way to do this without providing wide access to GCP?
