Can I use Coinbase Oauth to allow a user to make a payment?

I use Ruby with the Coinbase 2 API. I'm confused when I need to use the Coinbase OAuth thread. I would like to do this so that the user donates our site. Is this what you can use for an OAuth stream? If so, what will the series of calls that must be made between the Myt website and Coinbase make to make this donation possible?

This question specifically relates to Coinbase and its API. I'm not interested in answers that are not directly addressed to tattoos.
