Angular 4 applications do not work with IE11 and Edge

Question

I am working on an angular 4 application and working fine on all browsers except IE11 and edge, I check the solutions and add es15 support and add policies to support IE, but it still does not work properly.

Problem: It does not load for the first time in IE and loads after several updates, but not completely.

I already made polyfill fixes as mentioned here

Any help is noticeable.
