Is banned.h alive?

Banned.h has been touted for several years as an SDL tool for C ++, which could be downloaded from Microsoft as a downloadable item 24817. It looks like Microsoft has deleted the file. I am pretty sure that they just made their unwanted features the default ones, and you should use them _CRT_SECURE_NO_WARNINGSto stop being warned about them.
