Org.apache.nutch.plugin.PluginRuntimeException: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: custom Nutch plugin did not find an exception in deployment mode

Question

I have a working custom index filter plugin for nutch 1.12. It works in local mode (standalone). When I run nutch in deployment mode, the following exception.
