Visual Studio 2017 Alt and up / down arrow not working

Alt+ Arrow Up/ Arrow Downdoes not work in VS2017. Some people do not use it, but for those who annoy it when it is not there.

Go to the "Parameters / Keyboard" section and add global shortcuts for Alt + Arrow Dwon / Up to search for the Edit.MoveSelectedLinesDown, Edit.MoveSelectedLinesUp commands.
