Maven - Spring Download / Angular 2/4 War Project

I have a Spring Boot and Angular 2/4 project that I want to pack into a single WAR and submit to Tomcat. I have a parent project with two modules (1 for Angular and 1 for Spring Boot) with the following pom.xml configurations:
