D3 errors in diagrams on diagrams - maneuvering height error

Question

I noticed that if the value of the diagram exceeds 90 --- the whole wave block shunts / animates - I'm not sure what causes this. Can anyone figure this out?

a possible error in the code is in

fillPercent looks stable at <0.9 - but when it reaches 1 - it triggers a shunt in the entire wave clip.
