I have an application hosted on an Amazon EC2 server that uses the email service from a shared website. I did this to use the public email server and the affordable email administration tool and webmail interface.
My app uses amazon SES to send email . I just allowed SES to send letters with my domain name (adding some records to my DNS records and confirming that I am the owner of the domain), and this works fine. When I need to send mail, I connect to the SES SMTP server and send it using PHPMailer .
Everything works fine, except my letters receive the DOS_OUTLOOK_TO_MX flag in SpamAsssasin's, which sometimes makes it classified as spam.
What does this flag mean? Is there any way to avoid this?
