Angular 4 Promise Import Required

Question

I am just looking through angular 4 lessons and have problems with Promises:

My service:

import { Injectable } from '@angular/core';

@Injectable()
export class ContentService {

  constructor() { }

  getProviders() : Promise<any>
  {
    return Promise.resolve(["a","b","c"]);
  }

  getProviderByName(name : string) : Array<String>
  {
    return ["a","b","c", name];
  }
}

Ng can not find "Promise" because there is no import for it. But in the textbook and a few examples, I can not find an import for this.

What did I miss? How can I use this Promises in Ng 4?

EDIT: Here are my project configurations. Thank you all. I am sure I can fix it now. But I still wonder how I came across this. Since this is 1 month of npm installation ..
