How to write Async Sub in VB.NET?

I am trying to call the repository method InsertFailedLoginAttemptAsyncin my manager. This is an async method, but I can't wait for the method. How can I make this method expected?

I believe that it has something to do with the interface and does not make it asynchronous, as in C #, but I cannot do it.
