Android OpenCV Paper Sheet Detection

I think this question was asked before, but I did not find a sample or solution for my problem. I am new to opencv and I want to use OpenCV CameraPreview to detect a sheet of paper. In my sample application, I am using opencv 3.0.0 with static initialization. I understand that object recognition can be done using the following steps:

  • Make Canny Input Image
  • Canny Image Blur
  • Find Outlines on Canny Blur
  • Search for rectangles, etc.
  • Draw lines or fill the rectangle with a translucent color.

My problem now is that I can mask and blur the image, but I don’t know how to find the contours and rectangles and fill them with a translucent color.

Here is my current onCameraFrame function:

@Override
public Mat onCameraFrame(CameraBridgeViewBase.CvCameraViewFrame inputFrame) {
    Mat input = inputFrame.rgba();
    Mat output = input.clone();
    Imgproc.Canny(input, output, 50, 50);
    Imgproc.blur(output, output,new Size(5,5));
    //Find Contours
    //Search for biggest Contour/Rectangle
    //Fill Rectangle with half transparent Color
    return output;
}
