How can I use google maven proxy using nexus?

I want google maven proxy using nexus, I use url https://dl.google.com/dl/android/maven2/for remote storage, repository status In Service-Remote Automatically Blocked and Unavailable. I'm trying to install Auto Blocking Enabled false, but the problem will still happen.

This is a known bug in Nexus Repo 2:

However, your workflow SHOULD work. Try to run the assembly against the repo, our experts say that you can try to view remote access or check the index tabs, which in this case will not work.
