How to customize content and scroll attachments on WKWebView?

Question

The class WKWebViewdoes not support the property scrollViewon macOS. Moreover, the view hierarchy does not contain an instance NSScrollView(I checked using debug view 10.12)

Now is there another way to set scrollable inserts and content inserts WKWebViewon macOS? I would like to place a translucent view overlapping its fields.
