Rider Xamarin error MSB1008: Only one project can be specified

Question

Just try Rider and come up with this problem, if I just create a Xamarin Android project - it works fine, but if I try to start it, it will not be able to complete the deployment step with the following error:

    MSBUILD : error MSB1008: Only one project can be specified.
    Switch: Files\JetBrains\Rider

I don’t even know where to start this problem.

Edit: Forgot to mention - Windows 10

In our case, the problem is with Android NDK. When we removed the path to the NDK (File -> Settings -> Build, Execution, Deployment -> Android), the error disappeared.
