Unable to resize frame in studio AVD manager android

I can not change the size of the plunger in the memory and storage section in the AVD manager in Android studio. I wanted the emulator to work a little faster (I have 8 GB of RAM). The controls are completely gray.

If you create an AVD with a " Recommended " system image, you will not be able to change the " Storage and Storage " settings either when creating an AVD or when editing an AVD.
