SonarQube Disk Space

I find that SonarQube uses a lot of disk space in this temp directory. Is there some kind of cleaning procedure that works regularly to clean it?

If not, does anyone have any recommendations for managing this? Restarting the service seems to clear everything, but I really don't want to write something that restarts it on a timer.
