Installing statsmodels: there is no module named numpy.distutils._msvccompiler in numpy.distutils; trying from distutils

This seems to be a common problem, but none of the answers seem useful. The error appears during installation statsmodelson Windows 10 (python 3.6.2 is installed):

python setup.py install

Prior to this, it was installed numpy:

python numpy install

There was no mistake, and I suppose it was a success. But statsmodelsthere is still an installation error during installation statsmodels.

I installed the MS c ++ compiler (2015). I also installed the latest Anaconda (python 3.6.1), and that didn't help. The following is a list of installed V c ++ compilers.
