SQL Server .Net CLR Culture

I have a CLR.NEt DLL and an SQL server. System local settings (Region / Administrative / locallanaguagestings) changed from en-IN to en-US. But the culture in the CLR associated with Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCulture is still en-IN

select @@ Print Language EnglishUS

where does the SQL server choose the culture for the CLR culture? And the last question, how can I change using the system that sets the culture in use in the SQL CLR assembly?

Try setting UICulture and Culture to en-US in the page directive for .as pages? x

<%@ Page UICulture="en-US" Culture="en-US" %>
