Svn command line - version mismatch error

When I type svnin the command line, I get the answer:

$ svn
svn: E200019: Version mismatch in 'svn_diff' (expecting equality): found 1.9.6, expected 1.9.4
svn: E200019: Version mismatch in 'svn_delta' (expecting equality): found 1.9.6, expected 1.9.4
svn: E200019: Version mismatch in 'svn_ra' (expecting equality): found 1.9.6, expected 1.9.4
svn: E200019: Version mismatch in 'svn_wc' (expecting equality): found 1.9.6, expected 1.9.4
svn: E200019: Version mismatch in 'svn_client' (expecting equality): found 1.9.6, expected 1.9.4
svn: E200019: Version mismatch in 'svn_subr' (expecting equality): found 1.9.6, expected 1.9.4

I have the latest version of TortoiseSVN installed and a complete reboot of the computer.

I assume the error is related to an older version of subversion that is still installed on the computer, however I assumed that this would be removed when I installed the latest version of Tortoise.

The problem was that it C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\svn.exeremained version 1.9.4.

Modified by TortoiseSVN as part of programs and features, and this solved the problem.

Version mismatch in 'svn_fs_util' (equality expected): found 1.9.7, expected version mismatch in 'svn_fs_util' (equality expected): found 1.9.7

Restarting svnserve (systemctl stop ~ start svnserve) solved the problem
