Asp.netcore / angular with webpack 500 server internal error

I am trying to use angular in my main asp.net project. Using this repo https://github.com/cadabloom/AspNetCoreAngular for angular tempating.

Getting this error whenever I build project.as I checked vendor.js, I found that webpack is not updating files in ClientApp.
