Console Beep - Wrong Number?

The ASCII character code 0x07 is an audio signal.

Opening CMD and pressing ALT+ 007gives:

And when I click ENTER, I hear a beep. This is normal.

I was looking for how to add a beep at the end of a batch file, and I found that this solution: (I insert it as an image because SO does not show the round mark after editing):
