How to fix modules using "Module recovery module: module is not an ECMAScript module"?

Question

Webpack3 comes with a plugin ModuleConcatenationthat when used with a flag --display-optimization-bailoutwill give you a reason to save.

Salvation messages are not well understood, and it is difficult to understand why they occurred with a particular module.

Here is my conclusion for the team webpackin a very simplified version of my project:
