How to see application crashes in Xcode Organizer?

I have an application that downloads through the build machine in iTunes Connect. I would like to see accident reports from the apple service on my local tab Crashesin the tab Crashes.

I have access to iTunes Connect and the development program for the project, I filled in my credentials for Xcode settings, but the application does not appear in Organizer.

At first I thought that only the machine loading the binary could see this, but another developer working on the project would see the application in his local Organizer tool

We compared the settings, and both of them look the same. What am I missing?
