XCUI test: how to click shortcuts filled at runtime

I am trying to click a label that fills and caches at runtime. TableViewCell has a UILabel that is defined at runtime. Therefore, I cannot add an accessibility identifier to it. But I added an identifier to UILabel, but this view is repeated several times, and when I look for a shortcut

I added an identifier in UILabel in tableView, myIdentifier.
