The fastest inter-operator communications stack in Service Fabric?

Our application consists of a stateless web API that performs a stateful service call simultaneously using a remote service. Thanks to load testing, we noticed that during interservice communication there is a delay (between the call to the service and the service itself, which starts to process the request). This happens when we increase the load to about 1000 simultaneous calls per second.

We tried this solution , but our time did not improve. Then we tried to replace our WCF exchange stack with a tcp binding, but that also did not improve it.

For service-to-service communications in Service Fabric, which exchange stack is the most efficient ? and any idea of ​​what causes the bottleneck?
