What roles are assigned automatically by TestFlight Beta Testers?

The question will be stupid if I do not have the administrator role in this account.

Like millions of times, I invite the internal tester, add it a role (customer support in this case), users accept it, but I do not see this user in the list of internal users, and I can not add it to test any TestFlight assembly.

Does anyone know which roles are automatically added to the internal TestFlight Beta Testers group? And what to do when the administrator cannot add the user to the TestFlight assembly?
