Android dose effects

We read a lot of documentation, but did not find the answer to the next question. If we have an application that the dose should not affect (for example, an application with foreground support), will this also prevent the effect of other applications on the dose? Is the point of view that the doze mode is something global for all applications (if it is enabled than all applications) or can it affect some applications and not affect other applications at the same time?

The dosing regimen is global for all applications, which means that all applications will be affected, except for some with the exception of the dosing regimen.
