In xcode 8.3.3, playing with my first serious localization. I added two languages: "use basic localization" is enabled, xliff is exported, translation is imported, and everything looks basically the way I expected. I have a base.lproj folder with main.storyboard, my base is Localizable.strings and InfoPlist.strings. I have two lproj language folders, each with their files in them. In the application, they are displayed by type:


If I installed the application to run in any of these languages, it works fine (I also had to add a copy to the build phases to copy Localizable.strings and InfoPlist.strings). There are no errors or warnings in the console, the application works and shows the correct text for the lines and storyboard code.
However, when I am in the base language (in English, if that matters), when the application starts, it gives warnings for all lines of the storyboard. Sort of:

NB all the lines of the storyboard, in fact, are displayed in the base language correctly, and also simply insert these errors into the log. Before I realized that I need to have a Localizable.strings base, when it cannot find those, it will display the "Key", which for this project is a translatable string, but they will be displayed in upper case. This is not true. The application looks great, but causes errors.
