How to disable mouse scroll interaction in iframe

Question

I am a developer working on integrating Archilogic content (Iframe only embeds, for now) into my WordPress plugin.

We present content across the entire width of the window, but with the possibility of adding additional content below. This method of representing full width can sometimes cause problems for users when the browser window is positioned so that interactive content fills the entire viewport. If so, they will not be able to scroll / scroll the page according to the "running model".

Is it possible (via the URL parameter) to disable the "mousewheel" interaction on a particular embed?
