Cascade Effect with 3D GameObjects (Tango, Unity, Android)

I started working with Unity to create Tango apps for Android. I have previous Unity and Android, but I'm new to Tango. I followed these guides: https://developers.google.com/tango/apis/unity (+ / single-setup)

It did not work with the latest version of Unity, so I eventually settled on 5.6.0. I started with simple motion tracking and simple AR tutorials, but I get a weird cascading effect with 3D GameObjects on both the emulator and the phone.
