How to move back and forth in one word in the built-in local terminal

Question

Does anyone know what a keyboard key is to jump between words per word into the built-in local terminal for WebStorm or PyCharm?

I have an Option (Alt) + Left / Right arrow key to jump between words on a Mac or Mac terminal, but when I turn on the built-in local terminal in WebStorm, it just shows [Dor [C.

Searching for lots online cannot find a better solution, but only find what could be a problem for WebStorm / PyCharm about meta keys and Esc.
