Missing click key for webpush payload in message sent via FCM HTTPv1

I am sending a web push notification to the client browser through FCM HTTPv1. I would like to add an action when I click on a notification.

I know that this can be done using the FCM admin SDK: "clickAction" is one of the admin.messaging.NotificationMessagePayload keys .

But WebPushNotification from the message payload sent through FCM HTTPv1 only includes the "header", "body" and "icon".

How to add actions to Internet notifications sent via FCM HTTPv1?
