The last 2 days I have been harassed on my azure website with the following exception:
Exception Information: Exception Type: ConfigurationErrorsException
Exception message: The configuration file was changed by another program . (D: \ main \ site \ Wwwroot \ web.config)
It appears periodically every 5 minutes [or so], after restarting the application, it goes into standby mode and then again.
Is there any way to debug what causes the configuration file to change? I went through all the code and did not find a link to the configuration file version
