Can I have separate gradle.properties for CI and AndroidStudio?

Question

I currently have one gradle.propertiesfile. It is specially configured for CI with low available memory, because otherwise CI will fail

org.gradle.jvmargs=-Xmx1500m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m

However, when I build on the local machine, it is very slow, and the local machine allows more memory usage. Can I have a separate one gradle.propertiesfor CI and AndroidStudio?
