How to export CSV to Excel using Powershell

I am trying to export full CSV to Excel using Powershell. I am stuck at a point where static column names are used. But this will not work if my CSV has common unknown header names.

Steps to play

Open your PowerShell ISE and copy and paste the following separate code. Run it using F5

What is he doing
