Moving Azure resources from a directory to another directory

Question

In my Azure account, I have several directories () associated with my personal Microsoft account.

The catalog in the middle, completely blackened, belongs to someone else, and the subscription was transferred to me as Owner. Is it possible to move any resource that I will deploy to this directory, which will be transferred to any of the other two "gmail" directories?

For example, I need to move it because the subscription from this directory in the middle expires or was canceled.
